Pre-Registration Checklist
Have the following digital copies and details ready before you start:
- Intermediate Hall Ticket No.
- SSC/10th Marks Memo
- Aadhaar Card Number
- Photo (< 30KB) & Sign (< 15KB)
- Caste/Income Certificate Nos.
- Ration Card (for Fee Reimbursement)
Fee Payment
Unlike other exams, payment is the first step for AP EAMCET. Visit the official portal and select "Fee Payment".
- Visit the official website: cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
- Click on Step-1: Eligibility Criteria and Fee Payment
- Enter your Name, DOB, Mobile Number, and Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number.
- Select your payment method (Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card).
- Note your Payment ID: Once the transaction is successful, a Payment ID will be generated. Screenshot this immediately.
Keep your Payment Reference ID safe. You cannot proceed to the application without it.
Check Payment Status
Before proceeding, click on Step-2: Know Your Payment Status. This confirms that your payment has been updated in the APSCHE database. If the status is "Success," you are ready to fill the main application.
Verify that your transaction was successful before filling the form. If money is deducted but status is 'Failed', wait 24 hours.
Fill Application Form
Log in using your Payment ID and Hall Ticket number. Ensure your Regional Area (AU/SVU/OU) is selected correctly based on your study location.
Click on Step-3: Fill Application. You will need your Payment ID and Hall Ticket number to log in.

Personal Details
- Candidate Name: Must match your SSC Marks Memo exactly.
- Father’s/Mother’s Name: Double-check the spelling.
- Birth District & State: Select from the dropdown.

Category & Special Categories
- Reservation: Select your Caste (OC/BC/SC/ST). If you are a BC/SC/ST candidate, ensure you enter the Caste Certificate Number to validate your category.
- EWS Eligibility: If you belong to the OC category and are eligible for EWS, select 'Yes' to claim the 10% reservation.

Regional & Income Details
- Income Level: This determines your eligibility for the Jagananna Vidya Deevena (Total Fee Reimbursement). Choose the bracket that matches your Income Certificate.
- Local Area: Select your region—AU (Andhra University), SVU (Sri Venkateswara University), or OU (Osmania University/Non-Local).
Upload Documents & Preview
Upload your scanned photo and signature. Use the "Preview" button to check for spelling errors in your name or category. Be sure to review all details carefully before submission.
- Photograph: Ensure it is a clear, recent passport-size photo.
- Signature: Sign on white paper with a black pen, crop it, and upload.
- Preview: Most browsers allow you to preview. If the image looks blurry, re-scan it.
Choice of Exam Center
Select your Primary and Secondary Test Centers of your choice.
Choose centers closest to your current residence. Centers are allotted on a "First-Come, First-Served" basis, so apply early to get your preferred center.
Final Submission & Print
Before submitting your application, review all the details for accuracy.
- Click on the "Preview" button. Read every single line. Check your DOB and Category one last time.
- Click "Submit".
- Click on "Step-4: Print Application Form". You must take at least two printouts. You will need to submit one copy to the invigilator at the exam center.
After submitting, download the PDF. Remember to get it attested by a Gazetted Officer or your Principal before the exam day.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Mobile Number: Do not use a net cafe owner's number. Use your parent’s or your own, as all OTPs and Rank info will be sent there.
- Payment Failures: If money is deducted but the status is "Failed," wait 24 hours before paying again.
- Gazetted Attestation: The printed application form usually requires a signature from a Gazetted Officer or your College Principal before the exam day.
