Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The exam is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) lasting 3 hours. It specifically tests your knowledge of the intermediate (10+2) curriculum.
- Total Questions: 160 (All Multiple Choice)
- Marking Scheme: +1 for correct answers; No Negative Marking.
- Subjects & Weightage:
- Biology (Botany + Zoology): 80 Questions
- Physics: 40 Questions
- Chemistry: 40 Questions
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream, you must meet these specific requirements:
1. Nationality
Must be an Indian citizen (PIO/OCI cardholders are also eligible).
2. Domicile
Must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh of India.
3. Educational Qualification
- Engineering: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology(or Mathematics for certain Pharmacy/Agri-Engineering courses).
- Minimum Marks: 45% for General (40% for SC/ST) in core subjects.
4. Age Limit
- Pharmacy: Minimum 16 years (as of Dec 31, 2026). No upper limit.
- Agriculture/Dairy Tech: Minimum 17 years. Upper limit of 22 years (25 for SC/ST).
