Quick Tips for 2026
- Normalisation: Since the exam is held in multiple shifts, scores are "normalised" to ensure fairness across different difficulty levels.
- Weightage: As of current trends, the 25% weightage for Intermediate marks has been waived, meaning your EAPCET Rank is determined 100% by your entrance exam score.
- Qualifying Marks: General category students must score a minimum of 25% (40 out of 160) to qualify for a rank. There is no minimum qualifying mark for SC/ST candidates.
