Registration for AP EAPCET 2026 (formerly TS EAMCET) is a multi-step online process. For the Agriculture and Pharmacy (A&P) stream, the registration typically begins in late February 2026.


Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Fee Payment (The Trigger)

Visit the official portal at eapcet.tgche.ac.in. You must provide basic details to initiate payment:

  • Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number (Intermediate/12th Hall Ticket).
  • Candidate’s Name & Date of Birth (as per SSC/10th Memo).
  • Mobile Number & Email ID (must be active for OTPs).
  • Stream: Select "Agriculture & Pharmacy (A&P)".
  • Category: General (₹900) or SC/ST/PH (₹500).

Step 2: Know Your Payment Status

After paying via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or at a TS/AP Online Center, you will receive a Payment Reference ID.

Step 3: Filling the Online Application

Once payment is verified, click on "Fill Online Application". You will need to enter:

  • Personal Details: Aadhaar Number, Parent's names, Income certificate details, and Caste certificate numbers (if applicable).
  • Academic Details: Schooling details from Class 1 to 12 (required to determine Local/Non-Local status).
  • Exam Center Preference: Choose three preferred "Test Zones" (e.g., Hyderabad Central, Warangal, Karimnagar).

Step 4: Uploading Scanned Documents

You must upload digital copies in JPG/.JPEG format:

  • Photograph: Recent color passport size (Size: < 50 KB).
  • Signature: Done on white paper with black ink (Size: < 30 KB).

Step 5: Final Submission & Printout

Review your details carefully. Some fields like Name, Stream, and Test Zone cannot be changed once submitted.

  • Submit the form to generate your Registration Number.
  • Download and Print the filled-in application form. You are required to affix a photo and get it signed by a Gazetted Officer or Principal to carry to the exam hall.

Documents You Need Handy

To ensure a smooth registration, keep these documents next to you:

  • 10th Class (SSC) Memo (for DOB and Roll No).
  • 12th Class (Intermediate) Hall Ticket Number.
  • Aadhaar Card.
  • Caste Certificate Number (if claiming reservation).
  • Income Certificate Number (issued after April 1, 2025, for fee reimbursement).
  • Study Certificates from Class 1 to 12.

Important Warning

Certain fields are "Non-Editable" during the correction window. These include:

  1. Candidate's Name
  2. Father’s Name
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Stream (Engineering vs. Agriculture)
  5. Test Zone
