Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Fee Payment (The "Unlock" Step)

You cannot access the application form until the registration fee is paid.

  1. Visit the official website: eapcet.tgche.ac.in
  2. Click on "Pay Registration Fee"
  3. Enter basic details: Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID, Stream (Engineering or Agriculture/Pharmacy), and your Class 12 Hall Ticket Number.
  4. Pay via Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or at a TS/AP Online Center.
  5. Crucial: Note down your Payment Reference ID immediately after payment.

Step 2: Filling the Online Application

Once payment is verified, the form will unlock.

  1. Click on "Fill Online Application" and log in using your Payment Reference ID and DOB.
  2. Personal Details: Aadhaar number, parent's names, gender, and category (Caste/EWS).
  3. Educational Details: Schooling details from Class 1 to 12.
  4. Test Centers: You will typically be asked to select 3 preferred regional centers.
  5. Upload Documents:
    • Photograph: Scanned passport-size photo (less than 50 KB, .jpg format).
    • Signature: Scanned signature (less than 30 KB, .jpg format).

Step 3: Submission & Printing

  1. Click "Preview" to check for any typos (especially in your name and category).
  2. Click "Submit" to generate your unique Registration Number.
  3. Print the filled-in application form. You will need this physical copy at the exam hall.

Registration Fees (Expected)

  • General / OBC: ₹900
  • SC / ST / PH: ₹500
Late Fee Alert: If you miss the April deadline, you can still apply, but late fees range from ₹250 to ₹5,000 depending on how late you are.

  • Intermediate/Class 12 Hall Ticket Number.
  • SSC (Class 10) Marks Memo (for DOB proof).
